VERY SELDOM CASUAL
with Doug Adams NEW every wednesday at 6pm
The first kind of radio I liked and then the first kind of radio I did was what you'd call progressive or free-form. We played music that we thought was cool and fun to listen to. Then I spent a few years doing the kind of radio that uses tight formats and disciplined content rules. No problem. I loved that, too, and was good at it. But nowadays I can't believe there was actually a faraway time when I was paid to spin whatever kind of music I wanted (within reason, of course) just because I thought people should hear it and like it as much as I did.
'Very Seldom Casual' is two hours of this sort of vibe and I hope you'll listen. I won't disappoint you.
